Most important of all: A private commission is exactly
that. PRIVATE. Any client details and orders are never discussed with any third
parties without prior permission from the said client(s)
On all studio based commissions, a 50% deposit is
required in advance and the balance on satisfactory completion. If the said
piece or pieces are being shipped, an email with an attachment will be sent for
approval. Once approved the balance is to be paid prior to shipping or posting.
On site work ie, murals and wall art requires a 30%
deposit in advance to cover material cost and the balance on satisfactory
completion.
Please be aware that my prices are non negotiable. The
service and quality I provide is very competitive.
My completion dates and times are guaranteed, however I cannot make the same guarantees if arranging standard shipping or postage. Guaranteed delivery comes at a cost and I can obtain this service from reputable companies if the client so wishes.
